After several years of obscure absence from the capital’s theatre stages, Kalle Haglund is finally back with a new solo performance.

A middle-aged human sets out into the forest to make their art for God’s sake – or for the forest’s mute prophets. Such is the desperate idea of the lost human being. Or perhaps a need, since it is difficult to make one’s own decision and at the same time know who one is.

Kalle Haglund is an entertaining yet hard-to-define artist from a distant present. With a distinct language coloured in equal parts by humour, poetry, music and performance, he has slowly and stubbornly painted himself into a corner entirely his own on the Swedish theatre stage.
