What happens when a dramaturg, after fifteen years in the service of art, begins to suspect that art has ruined her life, and yet cannot stop?

In her award-winning solo performance, Croatian writer and dramaturg Jasna Žmak steps onto the stage herself for the first time.

Starting from a real event, a theatre visit in 2011 that left her with tinnitus and hyperacusis, she unravels a larger story about how art shapes our bodies, our desires, and our boundaries. Topics that seem far apart, tinnitus and patriarchy, artistic responsibility and sex, religious symbols and pop culture, are woven together in a performance that moves between stand-up, lecture, and personal confession.

This Is My Truth, Tell Me Yours is a vulnerable, funny, and furious journey through the contradictions of the art world.
